FOR ADULTS WHO HAVE SPENT A LIFETIME FEELING DIFFERENT.

neurodiversity-affirming therapy to help you understand yourself with compassion instead of criticism.

For the Ones Who Hold It All Together

You’re the one people lean on. The reliable one. The strong one. The one who

“always has it together”

IMAGINE IF

  • You understood your brain instead of fighting against it.

  • You stopped replaying every conversation and second-guessing yourself.

  • You felt safe enough to let your guard down.

  • You could set boundaries without feeling guilty.

  • You spent less energy masking and more energy being yourself.

  • You no longer had to carry everything alone.

In therapy, you don’t have to be the strong one. This is your space to lay it all on the table, untangle the burnout and perfectionism, then find new ways to thrive. Together, we’ll work toward healing old wounds, embracing your neurodiversity as a strength, and building a life that actually feels like yours.

If you’re ready for relief that’s real and lasting—you’ve come to the right place.

Meet your Therapist

I’M ASHLEY MOISE, LPC

Hey there! I’m really glad you’re here. If you've spent your life feeling different, misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like you're constantly working harder than everyone else just to keep up, you're not alone. Many of the adults I work with are navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, burnout, or discovering that their brains work differently than they once believed.

Together, we'll create a space where you can better understand yourself with compassion instead of criticism. We'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, make sense of patterns that no longer serve you, and build practical tools that support the life you want to create.

You don't have to have it all figured out before starting therapy. We'll meet you where you are and move forward together.
