Types of Immigration Evaluations Offered

Asylum Evaluations

Assessments that document the emotional and mental health impact of trauma, persecution, or fear related to returning to a home country.

Extreme Hardship Evaluations

Evaluations used to demonstrate the emotional, psychological, financial, or medical hardship a qualifying family member may experience if separation occurs.

U-Visa Evaluations

Clinical evaluations for survivors of qualifying crimes seeking U nonimmigrant status.

VAWA Evaluations

Trauma-informed evaluations supporting petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). What the Evaluation Process Looks Like

Extreme Hardship Evaluations

Evaluations used to demonstrate the emotional, psychological, financial, or medical hardship a qualifying family member may experience if separation occurs.

N-648 Evaluations

Clinical assessments for individuals requesting an exemption from the English and civics requirements during the naturalization process due to medical or mental health conditions.

T-Visa Evaluations

Assessments for individuals who have experienced human trafficking and are applying for T nonimmigrant status.

The evaluation process typically includes:

  • A detailed clinical interview

  • Review of relevant records and supporting documents

  • Discussion of mental health history and trauma experiences

  • Assessment of emotional, psychological, and functional impacts related to the immigration case

  • A comprehensive written report prepared for legal use

  • Most evaluations are completed in one session lasting approximately 1.5 to 3 hours.

  • Reports are generally finalized within 14 business days unless expedited services are requested

Fees & Payment Information

Comprehensive Immigration Evaluation Fee: $1,200
A non-refundable scheduling retainer of $500 is required to reserve your appointment. This amount is applied toward the total evaluation fee.

Expedited Reports
If you need your report completed sooner than the standard turnaround time, expedited services are available for an additional fee.

Expedited turnaround (3–5 business days): +$300

Interpreter Services

Interpreter services may be arranged upon request.
Additional fees may apply depending on interpreter availability and language needs. Clients are also welcome to provide their own qualified interpreter if appropriate.

Reduced Fee Options

A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available throughout the year based on need and availability.

Court Testimony

If court testimony or additional legal consultation is required, separate fees will apply.

Payment Plans

Payment plans may be available for qualifying clients.
